Things to do For Yourboy Friend

Things to do For Yourboy Friend

Ok all you couch potatoes. I know you’re only mildly interested in this area. But I’ve got to write a few things here to help you out. First off, to reiterate what I said on the CD’s,

WHATEVER YOU DO GOOD FOR YOUR BODY IS STILL GOOD, no matter how little.

You don’t have to be a world class athlete to play good golf. You don’t even have to be in shape to play your best, of course that would help. What I really want you to get out of this letter today is the fact that every little thing you do helps and here’s why:

It’s the 17th hole and even though you’re riding in a cart, you are starting to get just a bit tired. Your attention is off just a hair as you crack another joke to your partner or golf buddies/gals. That’s excellent and that’s why we come out to golf right? Great!

But, you’re still chuckling about that last one about the frog on the man’s head in the bar and it’s now your turn to tee off. You try to get into your pre-shot routine but it just seems so pointless now as you have played pretty well up to this point and you think “so what if I don’t do my practice swing the same way I’ve done it this round so far.” And you step up to the ball and take a big swing and the little white orb goes flying out of bounds with a big fat slice on it.

You cuss yourself out for being so stupid and not concentrating on that last shot. You tee up another one and it hooks into the trees on the other side as you overcompensate for the slice. When you get to the ball, it’s right behind a tree and because you are so angry with yourself and figure you need to “make up” those shots, you go for a small gap in the trees .

You know “the rest of the story” as Paul Harvey would say as you end up carding a triple or quadruple bogey on that hole. You play the 18th hole o.k. and when you add up your score, you find that all you had to do on 17 was to bogey and you’d have broken your scoring barrier.

One swing is all it takes! One little mental lapse about doing your preshot routine focused and in the zone like you did all day is all it was. One swing can turn a score sour like in the blink of an eye. You can’t afford to be lazy for one moment on a round that you care about your score. If you want to go drink beer and just have fun, great! Do it! And don’t even bother scoring if you have a few bad holes because it will just ruin the fun anyway. I sometimes do this myself.

So what could our serious golfer have done different to have kept his/her energy level high for maximum, sustained focus and concentration? Lots of things…

1. If you care about your score, keep the alcohol to a minimum

2. Drink lots of water. That tired feeling is most likely dehydration

3. Don’t eat candy or other processed sugar products during a round, you’ll get a quick high and then a very low blood sugar drop soon after. Don’t drink fruit juices either, they have too much sugar even if natural. Chips and pretzels do the same thing.

4. Eat complex carbs like an apple, nuts, or a light sandwich during the round to keep your energy up and constant. Do the hot dog after the round if at all possible, it will sap your energy if you eat on at the turn.

5. If you only exercise once in a while, do it a couple days before golf so that your body can repair itself.

6. If you drink lots of caffeine regularly in your coffee, tea or sodas, then make sure you get some in you before you golf otherwise you’ll probably have an energy dropoff from withdrawal of it. If you don’t do caffeine much, definitely don’t do it around golf time.

7. Get the right amount of sleep for you the night before. Not too much and not too little.

8. Turn the cell phone off when you come to the course. It will sap your focus and concentration just knowing that it could go off during the round. Be in the moment and enjoy the game.

9. Movement begets more energy. It doesn’t take it away, it gives you more in the long run. Any kind of movement and activity. Park your car in the farthest place in the parking lot at work. Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you’re not in a hurry. Walk briskly on your lunch break wherever you are going. Close your office door and run in place for a few minutes or do it when you are watching TV at night. Be creative and force yourself to do something.

The small easy things I’ve mentioned might even lead you to do more, who knows?

10. Listen to music that pumps you up before a round if you’re feeling low. Sing it throughout the round!

It’s a fact: energy is stored and regulated in your unconscious mind. When you are really up for unleashing it to it’s fullest, then it’s time to work on that part of your mind that contains the 90% unused potential I keep talking about and teaching folks how to access.

Craig Sigl teaches golfers that they can score lower and break through their scoring barriers Without Practicing. If you’ve hit a good shot with each of your clubs just once, then you can do it again and again. Visit http://www.break80golf.com for a free 7-part mini-course and ebook.

Offside Rule - Usually, soccer rules are easy to grasp even by someone that’s watching the game for the first time in his life. You foul someone, you get penalized. You hit him in the box, his team gets a penalty. The ball goes beyond the marked area, it’s an out throw. Everything is really basic, except the soccer offside rules. This is one tricky rule and although it’s not in the original soccer cookbook (as in, it was added over the course of time) it’s a much needed one, so that’s why I’ll try to explain it a bit.

The offside trap rule only applies to attackers and it is meant to regulate both team’s positions on the pitch. Without an offside rule, an attacker could simply stay in the other team’s penalty box, receive balls and try to score. This would pin down the defenders and they would virtually be unable to play anywhere else outside their own penalty box, since their main job would be marking the striker that is lazying off in there.

It’s also a known fact that attackers generally don’t have the same effort requirements on the pitch, since they only need to participate in one phase of the game (the offense), unlike defenders and midfielders who have to participate in both the offense and defense, thus having to run more. So now that you know WHY the soccer offside rule is there, let’s see WHAT it is anyway.

There are two phases of the offside soccer rule: the offside position and the offside trap sanction. If an attacker is in an offside position, he will only be sanctioned if the ball is heading towards him and he has an intention to play it. Otherwise, if he skips the game, he will not be called, despite having a clear offside position.

An attacker is in an offside position if he is closer to the other team’s goal line than the ball and the second last opponent. You’ll often hear people say “he was in offside, because he was further towards the goal than the LAST defender”. This is actually not a correct statement, since this doesn’t take the goalkeeper into account, so the LAST defender is actually the second last, as the above mentioned offside rule shows.

So let’s say that team “Yellow” is attacking and “Red” is defending. The ball is at the feet of Yellow’s midfielder and the Yellow attacker is a few meters further to the Red team’s goal line, than the last Red defender. Then the Yellow attacker is in an offside position, but the referee will only call an offside sanction if the Yellow midfielder passes the ball to the Yellow attacker while the latter is in the offside position.

If you’re new to soccer, the offside rule might need a bit of getting used to, but you’ll soon be able to spot exactly how and why someone was called offside if you watch a few matches. Note that sometimes, the position of the attacker and the other team’s defender are so close together, that the referee will have hard time deciding whether or not an offside should be called.

More and more marketers and ebusiness owners are using teleseminars in generating leads for their products and services due to their cost-effectiveness and efficiency. If you are one of these people, you’ve got to make your teleseminars much better so you can grab a bigger slice of online revenue. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Take care of background noises. I am sure you would like your teleseminars to sound professional as much as possible. That will not happen if your dog keeps on barking during the call or when your wife starts to wash the dishes just a couple of minutes after you have dialed in. Although it is recommended that you soundproof one of your rooms, it will also work if you can conduct your teleseminars some place where you can be alone. Also, use your mute button when needed. I was hosting a teleseminar before when my daughter suddenly slammed the door and asked for her toy. Good thing I was quick enough to press the mute button while one of my callers was asking me a question. That’s what I call “saved by the mute button”.

2. Keep it simple. It can be truly annoying when you can’t simply understand the message that the other people is trying to get across just because of the terms that he is using. I remembered watching a highly anticipated film a couple of months back and I went out of the movie house feeling all disappointed just because the actors used high fallutin terms that I have never heard before. If you don’t want your clients to feel this way, you’ve got to use their language and the terms that they are most comfortable with all throughout the call.

3. Get straight to the point. You don’t need to use lengthy introductions, fillers, and you certainly don’t need to beat around the bush during your teleseminars. People will surely appreciate it if you can just give the information that they are looking in a very straightforward manner.

4. Make it interactive. One of the best ways to make sure that your prospects will not drop the call even before you finish your presentation is to make your teleseminars interactive as much as possible. Ask your listeners questions from time to time or encourage them to raise their concern at the end of the call. The trust level of these people will surely increase if you give them a chance to talk to you and if they can get the answers to their questions directly from you.

Want to generate great traffic to your website? Try writing articles. The traffic you generate with articles is ongoing; traffic will keep arriving at your website for years to come. This makes articles the cheapest and best form of advertising.

But how do you ensure that your articles bring you traffic? Here are three tips.

1. Create Great Titles

Most of your traffic will reach your site via the search engines. This means that your article titles should contain the keywords you’re targeting, as well as a benefit to the reader.

For example: in the title: “Dog Training: 5 Easy Tips You Can Use Today”, the keyword is “dog training”, and the benefit is: “5 Easy Tips You Can Use Today.”

The article description is also vital — look on the article description as a small advertisement for your article in the search engines. Don’t spend too much time worrying about article titles: as long as they’re moderately appealing, your articles will do very well.

2. Inform, Educate and Persuade

Although article writing is a form of advertising, you’re not allowed to sell in the body of the article. All your selling is done in the “resource box” at the end of an article. Therefore consider that the body of your article should have two primary aims: to inform and to educate. You can persuade and sell in your resource box.

Once you realize that you don’t really have to sell in the article, you’ll understand that your article topics can be many and varied, as long as they’re linked in some way to what you’re trying to sell in the resource box.

3. Set Goals for Your Articles

If you believe that article marketing “doesn’t work” it’s because you’ve never taken the time to create an article marketing campaign and tracked it. Once you get into into the habit of writing articles in campaigns to achieve a specific goal, and track those campaigns, you’ll realize that article marketing always gives you a great return on investment.

If you haven’t tried article marketing, get started today. Within a short time you’ll have increased traffic and will be convinced of your articles’ value.

Secrets To Dog Training

A wrapping of fur is not all there is to your dogs skin. It is also a factory for vitamin D production, it protects the internal parts from injury, bacteria, and viruses, and it contains a sensory system that is unsurpassed. The network of skin nerve cells goes to work when your dog is cold, has a cut, or receives a pat on the heat. In cold weather, the hairs stand erect and form air pockets that insulate against the cold.

Healthy skin and hair coats are flexible, glossy, and free of excessive oiliness, redness, dandruff, scabs, eruptions, or parasites. Run you hand against the hair coat and check for growths or blemishes. There should also be no areas of hair loss. Each dog has its own shedding cycle, which may change from year to year. Some pets shed a small amount all the time, while others lose large clumps at various levels.

Pets can have freckles, concentrations of cells containing the brown pigment called melanin. These can be found anywhere on the skin and even in the mouth. Be sure to check the skin’s special alterations, the mammary glands, the foot pads, the claws, and whiskers.

Frequently check your dogs paws. The thick, pigmented, tough footpads are excellent shock absorbers. The pads are named for their location. Pets have sweat glands in the footpad area. If your dog gets excited at the veterinarians office, you may see sweaty paw prints on the exam table. Check the spaces between the toes. Since your dog walks barefoot and this is a very moist area, the interdigital area can be easily irritated and infected by briars, stones, foxtail, sand, and salt.

Your dogs whiskers or tactile hairs as some veterinarians refer to them, are long, stiff hairs located on the muzzle, upper eyelids, cheeks, and legs. They are used as feelers and are especially handy for navigation at night or in dark areas. There is a fable belief that a dogs sense of balance will be lessened if the whiskers are cut or shortened, but there is no truth to this at all. If any unusual changes or defects are found on your pet, do not hesitate to take him to the veterinarian, as changes can indicate an internal illness or parasite.

We all have a different style when it comes to our relationship with money. I’m not talking about your fears or stories about money. Your fears are a whole other box of worms. When I refer to style, I mean how you would relate to money if you had never been influenced by another persons style or fears.

Dominant type of people are really driven to make money and use it to please themselves. They like to buy nice cars. They go after money and success with intense passion. When they set a money goal they know they’ll get it. Once they get that money, they are reaching for more. They are generous with money but do not like people to take advantage of them. Competition is fun to them. Dominant styles think it is easy to make money and can’t understand why everyone else doesn’t think this way, too. They are willing to take risks and do not hesitate very long when making decisions about investments. When they desire a certain price on something they will negotiate down. Watch out, they may not bend. Give them the bottom line price up front and you’ll save a lot of time and frustration for them and yourself!

Influencing and promoter type of people are excited to make and spend money. If the path to the money is not fun, they will take a right hand turn. When they are in the zone, they will seem to magnetize money in very interesting ways…ways that other people would doubt. They don’t think before they buy. They see something they want and they usually go for it, even it breaks the bank. They make a plan but many times they completely forget about when a bright shiny object in a store window catches their eye. Details, details, yuck! Have you ever heard of the terms “shop-o-holic and impulsive”?

Steady and supporter type people like to be slow to their decisions. They will usually let their mate make investment decisions if they are a different style. They are very consistent with their practices and are not thrilled with big risks…they’d rather be patient and watch their money grow over time. Their purchases are more on the practical side.

Analytical type people are very calculated about what happens with their money. By the time they choose to do something, whether it’s a purchase, creating a business or an investment, they have created a very thought out a plan. If the choice seemed like a risk before they did their research, it is now a safe bet. They’ve checked out all the possible down falls of their choice and have a back up plan. Spontaneous with their money? Not! If they are making a purchase, it will last them a long time.

Which style are you? None of these styles is better than another. Each of them does, however, have a shadow side. For instance, an analytical style might get in so much fear about losing their money that they never make a move or go after a dream. A promoter style might spend every penny they have with no money in savings. A dominant style may use their money as manipulative tool. A steady person may get stuck in a rut and fear change that is to their benefit. It is important to know your natural style and work with it, not against it. It is good to implement some traits from other styles, when you see that yours is hindering you. But always stick to your values, no matter what advice you get or read. Remember that everyone has their own style and what works for you may not be tolerable for your mate or business partner. This is where blending styles becomes important. Stay compassionate to other’s needs when communicating or taking action with money. If you are looking for a more personal approach in connecting with your target market, you better consider offering teleseminars instead of selling ebooks and audio products. Teleseminars will not only allow you to offer your clients with information in real-time, they will also help you easily build personal connection with these people. As you know, this is very important in promoting repeat business that can lead to more sales and revenue.

Here’s how you can increase your teleseminars:

1. Plan ahead. Before you send out your invitations to your target market, ensure that you create an outline for your presentation first. Write down all the topics that you would like to discuss and ensure that your outline is very detailed. Meaning, it should be able to cover all the things that your clients would want to know about.

2. Check all the tools and equipments. At least a couple of days before the big day, you need to make sure that your bridge line and other important tools and equipments are working properly to avoid delays and to avoid wasting the precious time of your clients.

3. Invite your attendees. I recommend that you send out your invitations to your target market at least 2 weeks before the actual teleseminar so you can give them ample time to prepare. You may send the invitation to your opt-in list or phone those people who are most likely to get interested on what you offer.

4. Practice makes perfect. You’ll sound more confident during your teleseminar if you are very familiar with your topics and with the flow of your presentation. I suggest that you practice a couple of days before the big day and ask somebody to help you out; preferably an objective third party who can offer insights and suggestions on how you can improve the overall quality of your presentation.

5. Make it informative and content-rich. People spend money on your teleseminar for one good reason: they would like to be informed. So, don’t let them down by making your teleseminar informative as much as possible. Load it up with solutions to their pressing issues or information that can help them improve the quality of their lives.

6. Make it personal. Don’t make your presentation sound boring. Use conversational tone and be friendly all throughout to put your clients at ease. Use plain English at all times, be spontaneous, empathize when needed, and pay close attention to the needs and demands of your attendees.

Free casino bonuses is a really a buzzword in today’s casino world. Play who is interested in the online casino games and people who play online casino games will be quite familiar with this term at least in the recent past. Before exactly going into the details of these free casino bonuses, we should see why online casinos are getting popular day by day.

The main thing lies in the legal norms. An online business is definitely less affected when compared to the physical ones and hence the margins are high in the online versions. So, here the businesses are happy to share a bit of their profits with the players to get ahead of competitors. Hence arises the scenario of casino free bonus in the online games.

Online casino bonuses can be classified into some categories. Bonuses without any deposit, Bonuses with first deposit reward and the bonuses associated only with poker rooms. All these three types along with some other variations are equally popular in the online casino world.

Mainly the new entrants into the market will use the first type. They will just give bonus freely. How ever, the amount will be released only after you make at least one legitimate deposit. But you can use the bonus amount to play on the same casino. This is certainly fair enough.

The second type of bonus is a bit more popular and it easily attracts players. Here the company offers bonus in two forms. The first one is in terms of cash and the second one is in terms of the percentage. Both are just two logical views. If seen closely they seem to be very same.

The third type is more popular among the casinos, which are already established. Here you have to play a minimum number of games before you actually get some bonus.

Hence all the types are definitely legal. However, you should be knowledgeable about them before going to opt for any one of those bonuses. This helps you in getting what exactly you are looking for from that casino.

Often it’s ok for a dog to jump on its owner, but awkward and even harmful when he jumps up on others, such as other family members or friends. This can be confusing for the dog, but a well-trained dog can quite happily learn never to jump on strangers, and when it’s ok and to jump on you (playtimes, for example). A dog jumping up on a child can be a frightening experience, especially when the dog becomes taller than the child when he rears up. A dog jumping up on strangers is always a bad look.

During greetings, always try to prevent your dog from jumping up in the first place. Put your hand (or both hands) out in front of you and hold still. A trained dog will be able to respond to this gesture, without any verbal commands, and realize that it should stay down. If he gets down on his own accord, then start using the “down” command to accompany the behavior. Ideally, you always want the dog to perform the correct behavior first before using a verbal command, so they have some action to associate it with.

For most, this type of prevention does not work right away, especially for puppies that lack enough formal training. You’ll have to know how to react when your dog starts jumping up. Mostly, this involves what NOT to do. For example, don’t be over-enthusiastic during your greetings. This obviously reinforces the behavior. And do not forcefully push the dog away from you. They interpret this as a form of playful engagement. The result: dogs always push back. It’s instinctive (and the same principle is the reason for the majority of cases where dogs pull on leashes - they are encouraged by the force exerted on them).

Turn your back and ignore the dog. And calmly ask him to sit. When he has calmed down, and ideally responded to the sit command, then you can turn and greet the dog. If it starts jumping again, repeat the process. Be patient, this is where you get to send a message mainly through your body language, and the dog will surely take many trials to receive it. Often it is recommended that you stick your knee up and put the dog off balance, which is almost a reflex reaction. Turning your back and stonewalling is better if you can manage.

One of the absolute best suggestions I can give is to always greet a calm dog “at its level.” Squat or kneel down, and open your palms open toward the dog. This is a non-threatening posture that dogs very quickly associate will impending praise. We all like when others try to meet us on our level. Dogs are no different in this respect. But make sure they earn it first!

Avoidance is your best bet when introducing new people into your house. If you have established your position as the dominant member of your pack, then your dog should never be allowed to position himself in front of you when the front door opens. Time for you to become the Alpha Dog if that’s the case, which is means more training for you.

Do you dream of having a book published, but don’t know where to turn? Already have a book, but unsure of how to promote it? Looking for cost effective high-return strategies to market your book? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the following information is for you.

Many writers and aspiring authors are under the mistaken belief if their book is published by a publishing house they can sit back and watch sales miraculously happen. Nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is, competition to have your manuscript noticed and published by one of the remaining large publishing houses is extremely fierce. Additionally, no matter who publishes your book, you absolutely must take an active roll in marketing, promoting and selling your book.

Moreover, profit margins are not extremely good when you go through a traditional publisher. Sure, if you sell tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of books, you make substantial amounts of money. In reality only a small percentage of writers achieve this level of success.

In addition to minimal profit margins is the length of time it takes a book to get to market when going through a traditional publisher. When you self publish you have control of the creative process including when the book does in fact make it to market.

However, it takes more than simply taking a book to market for it to be successful. Ask any author who has books stacked up in their garage watching their dream of fame and fortune diminish every time they see the boxes against the garage wall.

It doesn’t have to be this way. With a solid marketing plan you will sell books and make a profit. One of the best ways to promote your book is with teleseminars.

That’s right! Teleseminars are one of the best ways to gain visibility for yourself as an author and your book.

Although this is a time consuming process, it can pay off handsomely. Not only do you increase your chances of selling your book, you also gain more credibility with this strategy.

The process of teleseminars is actually quite simple. One, decide on the topic. Two, determine the date you will host your event. Three, market the heck out of the teleseminar. Four, be prepared to incorporate information about your book throughout the teleseminar. After all, promoting and selling your book is why you are hosting the teleseminar in the first place.

To learn more about how you can develop money-making teleseminars check out my report, The Truth about Making Money with Teleseminars. Go to http://www.streetsmartsmarketing.com/teleseminars/
